Gerry Chandran is a Master Coach, certified by the Center for Advanced Coaching (CAC) of the USA.

He is also a certified Gallup Strengths coach. He brings with him enrichedlearnings from a wealth of relevant and diverse experiences which forms a basisfor his working with CEO’s, Entrepreneurs and C- Level executives for the last eight years on various leadership coachinginterventions. 

Till recently, Gerry has been successfully leading organisations as General Manager in the consumer goods industry, in well-known multinationals like Gillette, Procter and Gamble, Kraft and most recently in Mondelēz International.

His experience includes multi-cultural, multi – country and diverse paths inAsia, Africa and for the last five years, in Europe as the Managing Director of Mondelēz International in Romania.

Gerry is also a Founding and Advisory Board Member of the CEO Clubs Int’l in Romania.

Gerry’s experiences traverse managing people and leading organisations to change in challenging times, be it economic downturn, profitability goals, mergers, acquisitions, or spin offs. He is a firm believer of learning organisations that always operate successfully in a very competitive environment embedding a process that encapsulates systemic thinking as well as continuous learning.
